[Resolved] Voltas — voltas t/cooler 35l vm-t35eh — manufacturing defect — urgent attention | |
Most awful experience i have ever had. I have registered complaint no. [protected]. It's open since 23rd may till now. This tower cooler is defective in design and i have not been able to get neither motor fixed nor different model replaced. I want my full refund or a different model replacement. Company should own their fault in design as they are aware of issue. Most pathetic customer care and service centre experience as nobody knows escalation matrix and contact persons name and neither aware about timelines and tracking the motor or supply chain. I am registering this here post futile efforts spent with cust care and service centre already. Speaks a lot about the character and ethics followed in voltas. Really want to see a response to this.
