Summary:
23rd may 2018: Date of complaint: complaint number [protected].
24th: Technician Vipul visited +1 person: told to change the main circuit (PCB) as they felt there is fault in the PCB and which needs to be replaced. as per vipul main circuit includes main pcb+display pcb.
Vipul called his superior Jignesh to order Main PCB, he informed me it will cost around 1550 Rs. i told him to go ahead with the purchase.
the product arrived at service center office on 26th, i have to go to office to pick up the main pcb. and jignesh told me he will send some technician to my home directly.
26th: Technician Tahir visited +1(+91 [protected]): Fraud Attempt: he checked my ac and directly told me that you have to repair your main pcb which will take around 2 to 3 days and cost your around[protected] rs. AS the new PCB will cost around 9500 Rs. So it is better to repair the existing PCB. When I told him that jignesh gave new pcb to me in 1550 rs. he called jignesh 3 to 4 times, he tried to convivence me for not installing the new PCB but to repair this one by telling that I will not take any warranty if there is any problem again. You have to bare the cost if anything happen.
I request him to install the PCB, finally he agreed and installed it and showcased us like that the PCB is not working and I have to purchase the display PCB as well. Which will take another 2 days.
(so we called Vipul, the first technician to know that why he didn’t order this display PCB. So he said PCB includes both main pcb and display pcb)
So I ignored all the things happen and called Jignesh to order display PCB as well, he told it will cost around 480 Rs. I Agreed and told him to order ASAP.
28th: Many follow up taken regarding the Display PCB. As per Jignesh the PCB was planned to reach him by 27th. So I took follow ups, but Jignesh told he has not received the display PCB till 5pm on 28th. So planned to visit their office to check I found that it is available with them at around 5:30pm. So I took that display PCB with me and I requested Jignesh to arrange the technician ASAP.
He told me that technician Sagar will visit late evening to install it but no one visited on that day.
29th: Technician Rajesh +1 person visited, (as they informed me that they are not from voltas but Jignesh told him to visit). The main shocking information I got from this technician is that. The Main PCB which Jignesh sent and tahir installed and made me fool is not for this model. There is no chance that even a single socket can fit into this PCB and even told me that display PCB is also not for this model. So he tried something fues, i.c., and told that I will get it repaired and installed it by tomorrow evening.
31st: 2 Person visited to install the main circit, but they bring some other circuit without any prior information. They installed the other circuit and returned my old circuit. Cooling was ok, Indoor blower was not blowing as it was blowing before the problem.it was slow and suddenly get stopped and start than stop. And humidity function was not display in the display. I asked him that, it was showing humidity prior to the problem but now it is not showing. They are unable to solve it. I asked Jignesh for the same he said I will send technician tomorrow to check the problem of blower and display humidity.
Till 4th No one visited.
05th: Technician Kalu +1 person (+91 [protected]) visited and told me that indoor machine needs to be uninstalled and needs to be taken at the workshop for problem identification. He told that one person will come to take the indoor unit.
05th: Technician Punit +1 person visited: who uninstalled the machine part from the indoor unit: main PCB, display pcb, blower motor, and electric box and remote they took with them and told me that by evening they will install it again.
But Jignesh and team took 05th, 06th, 07th and 08th to solve the problem.
08th: Technician Punit +1 person visited to installed and blower was working ok but any how after one hour, compressor trips automatically. I called Jignesh about the same.
09th: Technician Nimesh +1 person visited to take out the outdoor fan and motor and took it to his workshop and installed it after 2-3 hours. But the problem is same and not solved. Display unit is not showing humidity and compressor trips automatically.
All these above mentioned technician handled by Jignesh Sunil Zaware & Ankur Thaker who are coming and experimenting on my AC. In some cases even I have to guide them as they are not able to understand how to install/uninstall and fitting places.
Just Because of your carelessness, False commitment, fraud attempt, and 22 days of harassment. I believe that my work is intentionally getting delayed because I raised my voice against them from 28th.
Now I am forced to buy a new A.C, as voltas is not able to solve the problem in past 22 days and there is no hope I see as the approach is the same. I requested them to please refund the money of the A.C and money I have paid during the services and price for new A.C which I have purchase OR replace the existing unit. (As you are not in position to solve the issue).
Status As on date: I have uninstalled the a.c. and sent both indoor and outdoor unit to voltas workshop.
As a customer I reached out to calling customer care several times, calling Jignesh several time, Sunil zaware and Ankur thaker several times and tried reaching out to all the email ids provided on your web address who can help me out. But there is no initiation seen in the response or services.
*Sunil Zaware and Ankur thaker are Brach service manager and area service manager Ahmedabad region whose contact details is shared with me when I started my email conversion with voltas. But they are least bothered in this and they also ignored this. As this problem is escalated to him on 28th of may but no solution is provided.

They are still experimenting on my A.C.
