Voltas — water dispenser service

Hi we, sogefi MNR filtration India pvt ltd have purchase 3 VOltas water dispensers and two of them are not working since few days. we have contacted Dhruvathare Airconditioning- from whom we have purchased these dispensers and also who are 'authorised service' people for Voltas. we contacted Mr.Feroz and as per his advice we forwarded a mail to him and spoken to hima nd his collegues fro morethan 10 times to explain. after all these also no body came to us wo attend the problem. we are a manfacturing setup and my employees are dependent on these water dispensers for their water need. we are faciing very bad response from your service person who is not bothering to attend our calls and needs. hope to clear this by next 24 hours.
