Dear sir I lodge a complain on dated 13 oct and same attend by engineer same day having request no. [protected] on name kanupriya periwal. Engineer told us he have to change one unit and replace the same till 16 oct. But till date no solution we receive. We call to engineer who attend our call not respond proper and then we talk to jodhpur showroom spark digi world on dated 18oct to ms. Seema on number [protected] they respond us to solve it but after two days we not received any solution and now they not respond our call.
