[Resolved] Voltas — worst quality and services | |||||
I bought this AC 2 years ago and since last year it worked fine. This year it started without cooling. I complained to customers care and person was asking for Rs 2300 for gas charging and Rs 500 for visit charges and told me a total expense of Rs 9000/- After negotiations and follow ups, it was picked for repair and asked me time till last Sunday but today is Monday and I have been continously taking follow-ups from Saturday but till now I am struggling for it. It seems that I have handed over to a local person and not to Tata authorized service center. I tried to get solution from Mr Prabhat (AM) but no responsible response received. Now I am helpless and depending on a service which is completely unprofessional. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hye I am Deshraj Mundhra and using Voltas split AC, I am making request continually for my free service since 30th of March 2017.
But neither technician come nor any call from service centre.
