[Resolved] Voltas — worst service of voltas

Worst service ever i have been seen. I have purchased a split inverter ac from sargam electronic, najafgarh branch on 14th june 2018 and no-one of voltas technician come for its installation yet now. I am complaint daily on customer care but still problem same and no one come to resolve. Technician from your side is not responding/taking my calls. Even service center manager is also the same ridiculous guy/person. My resquest no is [protected], i have submitted two reminders, one top most urgent case but no one is found to resolve my problem in your company.

Thats why i have to say, same on you guys your 150 years of experience.

Now i returned voltas split ac and replace it with lg splite ac.

Voltas should have to be feel sameful for this act and i suggest people's not to purchase any voltas product.
