[Resolved] Voltas — worst service provided to me | |||
I wanted to complaint about the worst service i have ever seen by any company in repairing my air conditioner that was purchased 5 years ago and paid each year for the extended warranty also known as amc. I don't think i have paid for the extended warranty to a recognised company but to a roadside one seeing the assistance i have been receiving. I have complained more than 20 times on your customer care number and what they have done is nothing more than registering it and giving me a token for the complaint. I have complaint vide mobile no [protected] for my split ac. What i can tell you now is either get my ac properly repaired this time within a week or be ready to face me in the consumer forum. Every time the service men have comez they have checked it and asked for a day or two but that period is not yet over. Was this information helpful? | |||
