[Resolved] Voonik — Amount not refunded | |
I had ordered two sarees with Order Nos. R[protected]Fleafair) and R[protected]Snapdeal) and since I was not satisfied with the quality of the product I wanted to return the same. On my mobile, I initiated the return through the app and accordingly, Order No. R[protected] has been reverse picked up on 28th November, 2015 however, I have not been refunded with the amount in respect of the return. Moreover, nobody has taken the reverse pick up of the Order R[protected]Fleafair) yet. Kindly address to the concern. Was this information helpful? | |
