[Resolved] Voonik.com — Product not delivered & cancelled from there end | |||||
Hi I have place order for 2 pc where they one is cancelled by voonik and got a message that your refund is initiated. I dont understand why they take order when they can deliver. Paytm is far better then is morron wensite. For 2nd pc they have not deilver the product on time and still waiting for it. When i called customer care they are saying it will take more 2-3 working days to deliver the product. I dont understand when u cant do business better shut ur online shop. The order - R[protected]-1 stands cancelled due to logistical constraints, hence we have initiated refund on 11 Oct 2016, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account. We notice that the order number- R[protected]-2 has been delivered to you on 18 Oct 2016 by our shipment provider- ''Wowexpress''.
