I had ordered a lehenga, due to their quality.. It would return... Bt till i didnt get my money back. Order no was r[protected]... Its ordered on 25th march... But i didnt get my money back till... Its september came now... Please refund my money becoz your police is only for 1 year... When i called them they don't give me response... Please give me my money back... Request you... Verified Support Sep 03, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Rutika, We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank: Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
