[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Amount got deducted but order didn't get placed | |||||
Hi, I have done the transaction to purchase the watch from voonik mobile app, i didt debit card payment option, ammount got deducted but the order didt got placed. Either return my money or place the order soon If i call the cusomer care number[protected] then no one is spaeking and phone call chage is also getting deducted. Attached transaction details also. Verified Support Aug 08, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Iranna, We are sorry to hear that you are unable to see the details of the order that you had placed on Aug 3rd. Due to some technical glitches the order was not captured. However, we have initiated the refund into the same account through which you had made the payment on Aug 3rd, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
