[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Can't track product. | |||||
Hello, I had ordered a t-shirt on[protected] with order id m[protected]-1. But i didn't get any expected delivery date even i can't get tracking details. I had done payment through freecharge which has successful. But i am in confusion wheather the product order has placed or not? This came in my mind because when i tracked through that order id nothing is showing. Please resolve it and give the information regarding the order placed. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Mar 07, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Shahnawaz Alam, We are sorry to hear that you are unable to see the details of the order that you had placed on “March 3rd, 2017''. Due to some technical glitches, the order was not captured. However, the issue has been fixed and you can now view the order you have placed.
