Hi I placed a order on voonik & order id is R[protected] this order is showing delivery failed but I requested again still its not delivered.& 1 more order id R[protected] this order is still in order received after 11 days of payment to it I don't know what should I have to do if I cancel it they will deduct shipping charge if wait for it all my money will be in waste plz solve this issue as quickly . Verified Support Nov 05, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Sujith, We are extremely Sorry to hear that you haven't received your product on time. We notice that the order - R[protected]-1 was delivered to you on Nov 4th 2016 by our shipment provider- ''Xpressbees'' and order - R[protected]-1 will be delivered to you by Nov 11th 2016.
