[Resolved] Voonik Tech — No update about product but amount debited from the account | |||||
I am trying to call the customer care since morning but none of the number is working on ur site. I have place an order where i havent received any update about the product such as order id and all but the amount got dedicted from my account as i was making the payment online. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible or else i will place an order on cod and i will not make the payment as well as i will keep the product with me, mark my words.. I attached the screen shot of my account statement where my amount got deducted of 521/-rs. Kindly look into that. I dont want to create a issue. I don't need the product as I did not like the cloth quality and the size doesn't fit.
