[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Not refund my money

I was order a long kurti and it was delivered in 15 june. But it has a manufacturing defect and i was retured this in 16 june. But till now almost 1 month i was not refund my money. I was also given my bank delails at [protected]@voonik.com. But i dont get my money. I return my refund in my account as soon as possible. Pls refund my money. My bank details are given below

Accept our sincere apologies for this unfortunate incident.We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits.If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
