On 16/02/2017 i purchased one product. due to damaged condition and request from voonik team i return back to the seller. after that they are initiated and processed to refund the money. still now i did not get the refund money . i contacted so many time through mail and call. they always ask, our team will notify the same allow us 24 working hours. almost finished two months. still now voonik team didn't solve my issue. please do the needful.
