Hi team,

I have placed an order on 18th april 2016 using voonik app. And as per the app i am suppose to receive my order by 29th of april max.
However on yesterday - 23.04.2016 i received an sms which stated that i was not reachable. However i have not received any calls / any communication from voonik for the delivery of my order.

Hence request you to kindly check and assist.
