Very bad experience with voonik delivery services: product status says as "delivered" but i haven't received any product. Order number: r[protected] Payment method : prepaid. I have ordered the product on 5thjuly, 2016. After a month as well i have not received the product. Called to the customer care executive, they are saying, they will escalate the request but still no input from them. Was this information helpful? | |||

Since you have informed that the product is not delivered, we have arranged for the Proof of delivery. You will receive an update regarding the proof of delivery through E-mail from our team within 48-72 hours of time.Your patience is much appreciated.
