I have been facing issue with Internet since 5 days.
I have contacted cust support and have been told that issue will resolve in 2 days but its not. Its not even 10 days I started connection.and Internet is down . This is "Worst Provider" I cam across
When I asked about waiver, executive mentioned that this situation doesn't fall into waiver category.
There is no proper reply from cust care and their co ordination with technical team
