Vovinet — Invoice not provided/customer care support

I have not received the invoice for the payment made inspite of several calls to customer care. I have the serious concern on the feedback given by executive shahanavaz. He always give wrong information and the complaint registered with him never gets resolved. I wonder for if these guys are really sitting in customer care to help us.Unfortunaly most of the times my calls goes to this guy(Shahanavaz). Regards, Ajay
