VRL Travels — bus driver irresponsibly moved bus from boarding with out picking the customer and not even informed | |||
Hello, We have chosen Vrl travels out of all travels available as we thought this travels has feasible boarding points for us. But as we have booked a seat in Ka25/d1398 from Hyderabad to banglore on 18th of October 2017 boarding at miyapur Alwyn Hyderabad. Ticket number bearing: TKBE49328889 The bus driver is not responsible enough to call the customer before leaving the point even though we were there at the boarding point on time. Very irresponsibly he moved away from the point and asking us to come board the bus in Mehdipatnam. We even called customer care numbers to [protected] and also [protected]. But the people where answering very irresponsibly saying whatever you want to do you can do. Is this the way a customer is treated. Even we tried to request the bus driver to stop in next stop kondapur as we were near but they dint pick up the call either. We have to pay 450 rupees for cab which is almost equal to bus fare to catch the bus. I strongly demand an explanation on this to me as a consumer or else I am going to launch complaint in customer forum as well. I am ready to take this to any extent possible where the arrogant behavior of staff on top of irresponsible behaviour will lead to huge damage. I am even going to post this on all social network sites along with ticket number and proofs. As we have booked this red bus am also going to launch this complaint in red bus and all of do owe me an explanation for this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Not satisfied with the service. Goods not delivered on time because of not entering the TS nor. From Chikodi branch. Very careless handling.
