I have travelled from bengaluru to visakapatam tr no i s 8555720 on 13 october after two hours of journey the bus got damaged .the main reason for the damage was the bus was not tested before the start of journey.
I am thinking that vrl travels was playing with people risk.
And the bus reached the destination late by 5 hours so that I lost my interview.
Again I booked a ticket on vrl travels. From visakapatam to bangalore on 18 october tr no8594069 on the date of journey I have a received a message that the scheduled bus was cancelled.and vrl travels didnt provide any alternatives so that I have to book another bus which costed me around 2400'they didnt credited my money immediately.I Have enquired the reason for cancellation of bus an I got the answer was the bus got breakdown .
So I went to vrl travels in bangalore on 22 and asked them to provide another ticket from visakapatam to bangalore on 1 st november against the cancelled ticket .
They gave me a refund but not provide any ticket.
My question is about why will you not provide me another ticket as I suffered two times because of you I dont want refund,
When I talking vrl people in office the spoken in vulgar language(anandrao circle bangalore cabin section)
I think vrl travels main motive was to earn money
They dont bother about customers and their satisfaction.
I am just informing vrl travels that one customer can ruin your reputation in one minute which you have earned in these years.

Hiii My self Jotiba nikam i booking ticket from mumbai to belgaum as 29th Nov 2021 My seat no is U17, U18 but driver is not yet picked me as per my borading point one thik VRL bus drivers are very badly behaviour with passenger's Drivers are speaking roudly and badly with passengers it's a showing nonsense attitude with passenger's one think I suggested to VRL Management dont hire this type sily drivers please co operate respectively passengers and I requested please credit urely my refund my Accounts

Postponement of the ticket: Due to the emergency I was not able to travel on the date for which I have booked my ticket. In this regard I requested the concerned to postpone my ticket to the next day. It was 2.30hrs prior to the journey but it was denied. I was not requesting for the cancellation of the ticket Instead I am requesting for the postponement. Why the company has so rigid rules for postponement.
Can the company modify the rules for the postponement of ticket. It will be loss for the passenger where the cost of the ticket will be high in the month end.
