Usually VRL travels doesn't stop at any local road side tea shops. But this is 2nd time bus is being stopped road side for tea where their are no toilets and above all it ll be 2am to 3am. At this time alone ladies and old people getting out of bus is risky. If asked driver that why vrl is stopping at these places, driver says what then where to stop, we need tea so stopped here. And very irresponsible driver for bus no KA 25 AA 6081 bangalore to bijapur. Please look into this matter and kindly explain drivers about the problems, of stooping on road side. It is like slowly loosing trust on VRL. I'm complaining this because I am frequent traveller of VRL and a happy customer but previous two travels of mine from bangalore to bijapur were very disappointing. Kindly consider this as serious issue and fix problem soon.

I do accept you concern. But in continuous traveling Drivers are getting tired as well as feel sleepy. So that they need refreshment to avoid sleepy while driving. Also i[censored] are feel save and reach your destination without any problem means drivers are to be alert. Also in long journey they could not see the opposite side vehicle lights for a period of long time. If they do the same means it may lead to some other problems to passengers. Thats y they may like that

    I am travelling from Bangalore to belgaum seater bus. Bus timing was 9:45 to depart from Anand Rao circle vrl bus stop but bus (ka 25/c 5583) arrived at 10:30. It was expected to reach belgaum at 7:30. It's 9:20 now and not yet reached Belgaum. Why VRL travels is not keeping sense of timing and following strict timeline. This is Everytime problem with VRL Bangalore to Belgaum service. Atleast keep in mind that we passengers have other things in plan.

      The actual arrival timing of VRL company bus from Hyderabad to Mangalore i.e. I-Shift Multi Axle Volvo A/C Sleeper is at 9.30 A.M, But they(wrongly) mentioned on the online ticket booking website is 8.31A.M. mainly to mislead the passangers. I travelled on 25th Jan giving more money thinking that it would reach Mangalore on 26th atleast by 9 A.M. The staff told me that the actual arrival timing is 9.30 am. and it will reach always after 10.30 A.M. Infact the other bus ORANGE had seats available for lesser amount Rs.1600. I paid Rs. 2536 for VRL mainly to reach early. But the bus reached late at 11.40 AM.

      I request you to take action against VRL as they put wrong arrival timing mainly to attract and mislead passengers causing a lot of tension and inconvenience to the passengers.

        I am travelling shiridi to bangalore now time is 10 20 pm he is not stopped for dinner I asked to driver what he sales now dinner timings is 11 00pm what's going on next time I well not travel

          It's very uncomfortable to travel in such a condition and the vrl agents in the bus are also not responding for the problem very disgusting service from vrl I would never suggest vrl for any travel purpose if this is not taken care I would take serious actions on vrl I don't mind till what extant and I need to change my seat if it's not possible I need a refund from vinjayanad roadlines I'm not able to bare this although I have paid the amount expecting the comforts this is the act of law of torts so vijayanand roadlines is responsible for the tortos liablilty under the Indian court of law

            Sir,
            my material has been dispatched from zirakpur on 19.11.16 L.R.NO:[protected], normally it takes 6 to 8 days but this time till today i have not received the material & your people are telling that it will take 2 more days.
            i am your customer from past 8 yrs, this kind of delay affects my business very badly.
            kindly look into the matter & see that such mistakes never happen again.

              Booked ticket on 20 nov 2016 to travel from tuni to tirupati. The ticket was for 21 nov 2016, 16:16 pm ticketno tjch39864978, pnr no: 211! 11460300#212! 11460299~8851956

              I got a call from the bus services saying that the bus has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded to my account. But no amount has yet been credited to my account. And i am call for your red bus customer care saying that the and the amount will be refunded to my account. But no amount has yet been credited to my account. My ticket registration mobile no:[protected], my red bus called no:[protected]

              The no from which the call came is [protected]

              Kindly look into this matter and arrange for the refund my ticket amount paid for the services cancelled by the operator and not of my fault.

                We had booked a ticket from Davangere to Vashi on 5th Nov for our guest but had to cancel this ticket.
                Now when we went to cancel this ticket we were told to show the id proof of the ticketholder as the guest was from Mumbai she currently didnt had any id proof with her.
                And we were told the ticket cant be cancelled, now this is so very stupid policy as this is loss of money and time.
                Very very inconvinient service.br...

                I have travelled from bengaluru to visakapatam tr no i s 8555720 on 13 october after two hours of journey the bus got damaged .the main reason for the damage was the bus was not tested before the start of journey.
                I am thinking that vrl travels was playing with people risk.
                And the bus reached the destination late by 5 hours so that I lost my interview.
                Again I booked a ticket on vrl travels. From visakapatam to bangalore...

                When bus is stopping at vrl hotel between bangalore belgaum the passengersame are not getting their bus after having food especially ladies passengers are getting very much frightened of in which bus should they go and some buses are going by leaving their passengers and passengers are coming running back of them please solve the problem and make something like that that passenger should get the bus quickly in your all same looking vrl buses and put a sign board in front of hotel for toilet because in your buses crowd people are getting located that where is toilet requesting you increment in your service not your buses

                  1. Reached pickup point late by 30mins
                  2. Booked multi axle sleeper ac bus but was made to sit in a sleeper ac bus
                  3. Drivers did not know the route and we were roaming inside karnataka for 13hrs
                  4. Reached hubli at 7.10am
                  5. Drivers did not stop for dinner and restroom for 9 hrs : 5.30pm - 2:30am even repeated requests from passengers...

                  I booked my ticket on 19th September with travelling date 21st September with ticket number 8380218 with seat number L13 from Belgaum. The day of travelling the person called me and told that the bus is cancelled we shifted to another thing bus with s.no L29 i said ok for them. After an hour again i got call from vrl office that bus also cancelled the woder thing is how 2buses will cancel in single day is it soo much of technical problem...

                  Hi, This is Manjunath Dalawai Booked ticket from Bilagi to Bangalore on 4-September-2016, seat no -L9 Paid-1050.boarding from Nagod complex -Gandhi nagar Bilagi, Now got call from transport they are telling wont able to pickup from boarding place.i Ihave to travel 40 KM to get bus.This is 3rd time facing problem like this.please help me out soon.

                  Due to violence in Bangalore I want to cancel the ticket but same was rejected due to 4 hr rule. Some times u have to analysis the situations rather going by rules.

                    Hello,

                    Below email I have sent to VRL Travels on 13-Jul-2016 followed by 17-Aug as there were no responses. Raising my voice.

                    Incident happened on 12-Jul-2016.
                    TRNO=7796632

                    Bus departed from Nagpur on (11-Jul-2016, MH04-G8813) was failed at around 6:00 AM near Waluj, Aurangabad. Driver requested to VRL for the replacement bus, the replacement bus reached at around 1:30 PM. There were around 40 passengers who were struggling desperately to reach Pune as everyone committed to their work/job. But the bus reached so late that everyone lost their office work. People were struggling for food but there were no food arrangements were made by VRL.
                    Instead of helping people in such act VRL call center continuously disconnected the calls, we were helpless. When we tried calling Mr. Raviraj (Pune Branch manager), he was so busy that he didn’t even answer the calls.

                    The physical and mental torture was unbearable, finally we reached home at around 8:30 PM. Thru this email I am writing to VRL for compensation of the day, it could be fare we paid for the travelling + food arrangements we did at our own + miscellaneous.

                    We have got the driver’s confirmation where mention of bud failure.

                    Looking for positive response from VRL travels.

                    I wrote this to VRL on Jul 13, 2016, followed by 17-Aug too but there was no response till 22-Aug. When VRL representative wrote to their local manager to look after this matter but no one turns up till date. I think it was my fault to travel using VRL bus. This is no way service provider way of working.

                    Thru this complain I want to express my grief and want to aware all the commuters that not to or avoid using VRL services.

                    There are many such incidents were reported by fellow commuters but since they don't have choice and so they were using the service with no option. I am just representing their voice.

                      I have purchased ticket from pune to bangalore on 13 aug-16 which is travel for 15th aug-16. Fare collected from me was 2438 rs.
                      When i have checked ticket fare fir same bus on 15-aug for same day journey ticket fare was 1200 which half of the advance booking fare...

                      With this situation they are chaeting people while advance booking.

                      Why people should pay double amount in advance booking.

                      As per scedule it should reach sangli at 7.30. a.m but it delays about 3 hrs. thats very disappointing. khurana and saini are better than that

                        This is with regards to ticket booked by me for my father from mumbai - shravanabelagola saturday, july 30, 2016
                        Ticket no: tj8v63526844. i would quote the experience as "height of - no ethics... no empathy"

                        Ticket was booked till shravanbelgola. trouble started immediately as soon as my father boarded the bus. driver refused to drop to shravanbelgola. he said the bus will drop at channarayapatna and not shravanbelgola. how can he even dare to say so when the ticket is booked till shravanbelgola
                        I immediately then called up [protected]... phone no of vrl given in sms while booking ticket... on insistence the person says he will talk and resolve this. i thought it would be taken care now

                        To my surprise i realized from my father that the driver dropped him at channarayapatna... my father is almost 70yrs... driver did not even had the courtesy to drop my father at the bus depot... forget about helping to pick the luggage.

                        This is how senior citizens are treated???
                        Night of 1st aug, i called up on [protected] again... there is mr ketan here... listem what he is saying... this is your problem... dont call me... call at the office no. when i insisted he said he will check in the office today... and that he will not call and update me... i will have to call him at 11 today and check

                        Complaint has been raised with vrl for full refund for this torture. they are offering me a mearge sum of rs 200 which we have alread y spent over and above the tickets charges.

                        There is no further update from vrl

                        Ticket was booked through REDBUS.IN and they are also not resolving this
                        I have booked a ticket on red bus at 12:50 and by mistake the ticket was booked for the current day instead of the next day. I called them for 4 hours but no resolution was provided and my ticket was not cancelled. I was charged 700 and no rfund was made

                          I had taken the vrl bus from mangalore to bangalore last night (i. e[protected] bus no. 4792 and i had the worst experience. not only was the bus extremely delayed, what was surprising was they had never stopped for a toilet break for ladies, when i asked him to stop the bus for toilet break he gave me reasons saying we will stopping after 30 mins and this was at 2:30 am, usually most of the buses would stop by 2 am. but instead he stops...

                          I booked packages through vrl logistics for delivery from kurnool (andhra pradesh) to delhi mahipalpur vide lr no [protected] on 18 jun 2016. the consignment reached kirtinagar in delhi on 28 jun and not sending it further ahead to mahipalpur. on enquiring, i have been told to collect from kirtinagar which is far off from my place. i request for early resolution and correct delivery of my goods failing which the company to pay me compensation.
                          Ka25c8779 seat u12 co passenger u13 had drunk alcohol and can't sleep beside...VRL employees taking no action they are just like nothing related to them and not taking any action as reputed company I was not knowing that company is so irresponsible

                            My self Bhupendra Nayak, i had book my ticket (T R # 7705491) from bangalore to ahmedabad on 28th June 2016. When i get my ticket i have't given my email id, now i need the ticket on my email address which is [protected]@sintex.co.in.

                            For that i call on ahmedabad office on number [protected] and the person said that give us email id on sms, so i have already send the sms with all require details....
