Contact number: [protected] not responding when asked about bus timing details and told to contact customer care number and he don't know anything.
Customer care number not connected at that point of time.
Passenger waited at boarding location but no use.
Please refund the amount.
Take the complaint seriously and do not repeat the same with other passengers.
Not expected such bad service from vrl.
Please take necessary action and do the needful.

    Everybody in bus managed to catch bus in time and bus started in time. But bus waited for more than 1 hour for single passenger in katraj wasting time of 30+ppl who might need to attend some function, office work, meetings on time.
    Very unprofessional behavior from driver and person boarding ppl at katraj.
    I paid 1000+ amount to reach my destination in time.

    Please look into this matter.
    Else nobody would travel with this because of the delays.
    15 mins waiting time acceptable becoz of traffic issues. Not 1.5 hours at katraj.

      I m travelling from mumbai to udupi bus no. Ka 25 c 9745 a guy besides me seat no. 32 he is creating a nusiance since we are traveling pls i want these guy out of the bus and he speaking all vulgar language i m literally fed up with these kind of behaviour and its 10.30pm i don't want to risk my life pls kindly take the action as soon as possible... Plss urgently help needed
      I'm very upset with rude behaviour of the driver.i was traveling from Bengaluru to belagavi(KA25D0661)today alone.the bus left Bengaluru at 8p.m and arrived belagavi at 5a.m to triveni.but he didn't drop me where I wanted to get down.his was so rude that he doesn't know how to speak with a women.he throwed my luggage on the road.

        We were 4 girls and 1 boy traveling from dandeli to bengaluru (Py 01 cf 2309) bus got break problems and stoped in chitradurga vrl office. Vrl staffs did not arranged a bus for us they behaved very badly this is the worst experience. 1st give good training to behave properly it’s really a very bad that they failed to arrange a bus for us.in the midnight we waited 2 hours i feel ashamed of booking in vrl we never use this vrl and we will suggest for our family and friends and also in social media.

          The driver who started driving from guruguntepalya, Bangalore on this date, given me a call through phone used my name before starting conversation...
          As i replied him i am little ahed and pick me up...
          As he did the same, soon i get into the bus he asked my dear number, i replied with my name which he used during a call...
          He put the list he had with him and told me to find the seat number...

          Is this the way of taking to the customer???

          Is this the way VRL recruit the drivers or gives the training to them of how to behave???

              My journey details:

              I have booked 3 seats for 3200rs from Mahalingapur to Bangalore using redBus.in. Seat numbers L13, L14, L15.

              Complaint:
              This is regarding poor bathroom and food service when stopped for dinner after crossing Hungund at 9:30-10 pm.

              I am frequent traveller of VRL busses from Bangalore to Mahalingapur. But this time quality of bathroom is horrible and not at all maintained. There is only one bulb for 3bathrooms, ofwhich only one bathroom is available. And it’s worst for ladies bathroom, they had to be in line to use that one working washrrom. Also the restaurant is not allowing outside food. There is no place to sit and eat our home food. People are sitting on road side and eating food. Is this how you treat your customers ?

              VRL is very reputed travel company in India. I expect proper higien conditions for customers from eating food which they get from their homes to using washrooms. We are travelling by paying huge amounts compared to other bus services. We expect better service in this regard. As this is our right.

              Please arrange for better hotel during this journey which has better washrooms and food or reimburse my travel expense for this horrible experience.

                Bus was travelling from bangalore to kundapura on nov 5, 2018. I was one of the passengers. The driver was speeding and due to his carelessness we had an accident. Luckily no passenger was injured. But it took 2 hours for arrangement of another bus. I have already written a mail regarding this issue (With attached photos of the incident) to take serious action on the driver to [protected]@vrllogistics.com the mail id as mentioned in their website. But no reply or any apology regarding the incident has come yet. Worst customer care ever.

                  I send one parsel from ankola (Karnataka) on 10.10.2018 to mannarkad (Palakad). But i am not received my box, even i am not received any call from vrl. By using lrtrack application i found that my box reached palakad on 16.10.18. But vrl palakad is not ready to deliver the item on time. I feel ashame about the irresponsible behaviour of vrl palakkad division. I request, make necessary arrangements for delivering item on time.

                    I booked ticket from hyderabad to mangalore vide ticket notmbk87122588 throgh red bus site travelling from hyderabad on 25 oct 18. I asked to driver deboard at urea police station but driver not stopped and deboard at urea bus stand. Last 6 yes i am travelling permanent customer this is first time to facing such type of missbehavier by driver. Pl take necessary action against driver.

                      On 02 10 2018, I tried to book a ticket through Internet Banking for journey of my sister, Ms. Shashikala from Hubballi to Pune on 09 10 2018 for Seat No.L-17 (Hubballi- Mumbai Volvo Sleeper Bus departing Hubballi at 9.45 PM). My account was debited for Rs, 1418.00, but the ticket was not generated. I tried again 3 more times, but the ticket was not generated even though my account was debited with Rs.1418.00 all the 3 times.This, I presume, may be due to some technical issues in the payment gateway. Thus, in all Rs.5672/- (1418 X 4) was debited to my account without generation of any ticket.

                      Thereafter, I booked the ticket manually at the counter of your Hubballi Office for the same journey & seat number (Transaction No.14351913 and PNR No.[protected].

                      In view of the foregoing, I request you to refund the excess amount of Rs.5672.00 9(1418 X 4)debited to my account, at your earliest.

                        Hi,

                        I am a frequent vrl traveler in pune - nagpur route. However i will not be taking vrl bus again in my life due to what happened in my last journey.

                        I was travelling in bus no mh09 em4152 on[protected]Pune - nagpur)
                        When i was about to get down on the last stop (Ashirwad talkies nagpur), a man entered into the bus, i thought he is a cleaner so i gave him the way, i was about to get down when i remembered that i forgot my charger on my seat, so i turned to seat (U8) to get the charger and saw that the man (Cleaner) who entered in the bus earlier was masturbating on the 1st seat. Being alone in the bus, i hurried towards the gate and got down. I complained to the driver but not sure if my complaint will be noticed by him. Hence writing to you.

                        Kindly take the appropriate action.

                        I was traveled by VRL bus where by mistake I forgot my spect.when I called driver his behaviour is rude. I called office he has given me one Spect which is not mine. Again I called driver so he told washingwala given him the same spect. But yet I have not received my spect which was at VRL bus.
                        As a regular traveller I had used all kind of bus facility across Karnataka today dated 20/10/2018 I had taken your Volvo multixxl No.Ka25c8920 bus from shahapur to Bangalore and I paid High price on regular ticket Rs 2015... What kind of facilities your providing to customer! Where you can't provide a drinking water facility to customers?

                          Today we had exam but due to some technical problem and driver laziness. We have missed the exam because of VRL travels. Exams are life deciding because of VRL we are missed exam . Actually bus arrival time was 5.40am but even 10.30 am we are on the way. Driver is very irresponsible.
                          Even we have asked them maximum at what time we will reach the destination, they told that 8.30am. It was fine because our exam was at 10 o clock but even at 10.30am we are on the way.
                          Kindly take care of it because of business they can mention time like any thing and spoil the students life.

                            I am traveling from hubli to bangalore 11pm bus no 8021. A male passenger is made to sit beside me and i am a female passenger. While i had booked ticket when it was empty. How can this happen isn’t it against your policy? How can this be a safe journey for a single female passenger? That too at night? Who will be responsible if any untoward incident takes place? Whatever it is you only want to mint money regardless of safety of female passengers.
                            I boarded a bus from Margao, Goa to Andheri East, Mumbai on 25 October. While placing my luggage in the cabin under the bus, the conductor placed it very harshly. My bag got scratched and torned from the back. Other than this, all the bags have scratches all over and are in very bad condition.

                              My daughter in law she is traveling alone to dandeli today 09/09/2019. The bus number 1455 arrival time diclared at 10.05 pm. Due to some reason bus got changed. She asked to announcer madival why the bus got changed? His reaction was soo rude n not given the proper ans to the lady. Madival rudely told us you are not supposed to ask anything bus got changed, if you want to know anything bus change you should call customer care. We asked him you also a customer care why can't you help us. His answer is i am not a customer care executive, l am just selling a ticket. Also we asked him atleast you should have informed through the sms alerts. Again his answer is contact customer care. Anybody how come to know that my alloted bus no. Routed to some other place. We generally asked all issues like not received the alert sms and all the problems. Fortunately his answer was soo rude n irrelevant. We just debate on this, immediately he started shouting us like anything. His behaviour is indirectly showing that why you booked a ticket through vrl. We stopped argument with madival, came to that dandeli bus got changed n come gorguntepalya at 11 pm. Bus came to gorguntepalya stop at 11 pm, the announcer madival didn't announc the bus, i asked him why are you not announced, his answer was agin rude, pleasey take action.
                              My bus number was MH09EM3240 and my seat number is L21 and 22..In morning we checked our phone was lost...we checked everywhere but did not find anywhere... M sure if it was fallen down from bed instead of returning someone has stolen...

                                I boarded vrl bus from vijayapura to mumbai on saturday 08/09/2018 9:00 pm
                                Bus number : py 05 b 9253
                                Bus driver name : not known

                                This mail is to address you about some issues that i and many other co-passengers have experienced.

                                1) driver didn't halt en-route for people to empty their bowels (Defecation).
                                There must be places addressed by agency to driver, to stop where people can do such things.
                                It could have been a problem if a passenger is having kidney problems/ or any other problem in general which needs to be emptied on time.
                                And even where would the ladies go if they feel the urgency for it.

                                2) driver was driving very rashly.
                                He didn't mind the speed breakers and the major potholes on road and just rammed through them. There were few instances in which people were about to be hit the top of their places.
                                Even he was taking very steep turns.
                                Now, what if something happens to old/ children or anyone in general.
                                If they get hit, get unconscious or even have major problem, who will take the responsibility? The management?
                                This point is very important and has to be considered on priority!

                                3) driver was rude while answering people's questions.

                                Kindly consider all the grievances mentioned and have a talk with the driver of the mentioned date journey and bus number.
                                Make sure that people trust and travel again with vrl services in future

                                  First of all, the bus never reaches you on time, a 10:15pm departure bus from bangalore is to reach belgaum at 7:15am, but the actual arrival time is 9:15 am. And this happens every time! The reason for delay is the detour this travels takes.

                                  If the bus is going via hubli and dharwad, it is supposed to be mentioned clearly in dropping points! If the destination is belgaum, and you are actually going via two more cities - hubli and dharwad, covering all dropping points to both the cities, then you are fooling passengers!

                                  A humble request to the travels, please include the other cities too in the dropping points and keep transparency for the passengers, so that if they do not have to travel via the mentioned dropping points, they will rather not book a seat.

                                  You have the capacity to dedicate separate buses to hubli-dharwad and buses dedicated to belgaum. Please do it, so that the passengers do not have to suffer.

                                    I reached vrl bus stop at 10:05 pm.. By the time bus driver left from bus stop. I got call after 1hour saying"where u are".. They should call before leaving. I booked my pickup point"aananda rao circle".

                                    And i request 💯 times to driver, i reached parle stop near to toll gate i called him bus his saying left from parle toll. I came majestic to parle toll by metro. Seriously i requested like anything.

                                    Its very worst worst ever faced issue by traveling from bangalore to my place (Bagalkot or yelburga)..

                                    If you refund my amount it will be great..

                                      Bus no. Ka25c9570. Date of journy 7/8/18. We boarded pickup at 2000hrs at goaves. Bus started from triveni at 0900. Even after 0030 driver did not stopped bus for urination. Before boarding around 1900 i had urinated at my residence. Rainy season, need to urinate frequently. Saw driver urinating at 0100 hrs in the rain in unknown dark place, where there was no human existence other than fast moving vehicles. I requested him and went for urination in the rain in the muddy area. Looking at me many more aged people (Including ladies) did the same.
                                      I request mr vijay sankeshwar to take note of this as he also is a aged person and aware of the difficulties of aged people.

                                        I have travelled from ranebennurto bangalore on seat no. U6 in bus ka 25c 9568. My purse was stolen by one who travelled in seat no. U5. While checked the details of the passenger, details are not available with staff. Actually they have permitted some one to enter the seat without having his sufficient details also. Due to their negligence in service i have lost my vault containing rs.4000/-. Aadhaar card, pan card, atm card, driving license etc. As vehicle is under cctv surveillance, kindly do the needful for getting me the same back.
