Dear VRL Team,
This is very sad to write it, but Today I struggled lot to catch the, today I thought that the small travel agencies are better in terms of humbleness.
I Booked the ticket from Bangalore to Bagalkot (PNR[protected] Bus No.KA41D8024, I was getting 10 min late to departure timing of bus, I got a call from the driver, you know that Bangalore traffic so that I got stuck in traffic and I was requesting like anything bhai I don't have option it's late night bus please wait for 10 min. But he is not ready to wait.
Again I called to boarding point agent or officer(Peenya boarding paint) Person contact Number is[protected]. then I got to know that they are not in position to wait because it's already left 15 min before the departure time.
Then I called to customer care, he ( customer care ) he also told that wait for 10 min driver is not telling ok he is only arguing that I'm unable to come.
It's very terrible, again I called to customer care then he ask me to get in one VRL bus and ask me to join in Chitradurga VRL terminal for same bus which I Booked, I said ok.
After that driver again called to and not possible to wait it's already to late anta. So again customer service executive called and told me to join one more bus from tumakur hotel point. Then I am said ok, I don't have option only I'm middle of the way in your bus which is going some other place
Again that bus also cancelled due to for distance, then again customer service executive asked me to join another bus which going to my place, but the sad thing is don't have seat here to sit or sleep, Hole nite I have to sit till my place can't imagine only
But one thing I appreciate here is customer service I really happy even though in this bad situation they helped me some how
Kindly Note, Service should customer satisfaction oriented here I saw some where lacking
