VRL Travels — Missing Information regarding food

I booked a VRL bus having RTO number
PY 05 9544..
Ticket number : TK[protected]
Has not informed me that it will not stop for food in between journey...

So i didn't get any information regarding this through mail or messuage or through VRL representatives..

I was not there with no food in parcel or had before taking journey...
Im requesting VRL TRAVELS customer care representatives to take my feedback and for this huge trouble from your end to me pay me back 2000rp for the inconvenience caused by VRL...
