FOr cancellation of ticket booked with VRL, customer care service is not humble and behaving rude in the phone call during the discussion.
As per customer service executive tickets cannot be cancelled before 4 hour of departure boarding time.
If this is so stringent action from the the VRL Travels,
1. Why do the take booking before the 4 hour of departure time.
2. Ok, as per the business point view, they have option of booking before the 4 hours of departure boarding time, then what is the pain makes to refund 100% cancellation amount before 4 hours booking done.
By this method, VRL Travel company people is getting beneficiated by the public money.
No wrong, if any body use filthy language for this kind of Service?
I need explanation from the Managements and not by their poor responsible customer care.
