I ordered a Baecelona Sofa on 13th Sep 2022 and was promised delivery of the product by 24th September 2022. I got the sofa on 4th October and it was a old product. I had logged a complaint and got a confirmation that i will get the replacement sofa on 15th October Till now i didn't get the sofa . I was promised a escalation point with 24 to 48 hours and no contacted by then. I had to call again and again got the same response. I have sent email till the level 4 escalation point no help.
Till now no one is bothered to trace the delivery. Very irresponsible company and not bothered for any customer escalations. Was this information helpful? |
