Wakefit Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress

The order was out for delivery on 8th August 2022 and I got the message that it will be delivered on that day but I didn't receive the product.
When I called the next day, they told me that there was some issue and it will be delivered the next day and again not delivered.
Then on contacting again, they told that there was a logistic issue and it will be delivered within 3 days and after 3 days too, there was no response.
On 12th August, I got a call and mail from them that it will be delivered within 24 hours and again after 24 hours, I didn't get my product. On calling again, they told me that there was a vehicle breakdown and the product again went back to the warehouse. On 13th August, it again became out for delivery and was not delivered. On calling on 14th August, they told me that it will be delivered today but I didn't get it on 14th August too.
This is a prepaid order and I haven't received my product till now. Every day, they tell me that it will be delivered on that day and I do not get the product.
This is my worst online shopping experience and they have the worst customer support.
I want my product as soon as possible.
Please help resolve my query and deliver the mattress at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
