[Resolved]  Wakefit — Order not delivered even after reaching nearest facility

I had ordered three kingsize mattress from wakefit online. I placed an order on 31st august 2022 and was expecting to receive it between 1st to 3rd September. Delhivery executive came with 2 matress and said will delivery all three as ordered and there was a mistake from their end and took back the partial order they did. After that no update from wakefit or Delhivery. All this while i have been trying to call them and get an update but was told wait for 24 to 48 hours. Everytime i had to give them a call, no initiative was made by the wakefit team. Till today 4th of September nothing.
