Wakefit Order Delay & Poor Customer Support
We placed an order for the Wakefit Taurus Engineered Wood Bed with Storage (7860 inch) / (198.1152.4 cm) on January 6, 2025 with Order ID: ORDER202501HSDVVL. The expected delivery date was February 13, 2025, but the product has still not been delivered.
Despite multiple follow-ups with Wakefit’s customer support, we are only being told that the product is with the logistics partner, but we have no way to contact them. We have raised several complaints, yet there has been no resolution or proper update.
To make matters worse, Wakefit is neither delivering the product nor allowing cancellation and a refund. It has now been a week past the delivery date, and we are left without answers.
@Wakefit, please take immediate action:
✅ Deliver the product at the earliest
✅ If delivery isn’t possible, cancel the order and provide a full refund

I ordered and received 2 Shapesense Orthopedic classic foam mattress on Dec 17th. Return was created on the same day.
But till now items are not picked up, forget about the refund. Every time I drop email or call Customer Care, reply is to wait for 24-48 hours with no other inputs available, the worst Customer care I have come across with no escalation matrix.
Had not expected such a way to deal with customer/returns...

Now, I have called to their support for return and they are keep playing with me and doing time pass to escape from situation.

Money got deducted but order didn't confirmed
Tried to order mattress on Oct 5th so money got deducted from bank side but order didn't get confirmed raised a complaint to Wakefit but executives are communicating with us saying "Issue will resolve within 48 hrs." same everyday . There is no action from them very worst experience they don't even give proper solution and will update the comments in ticket. Today is 9th Oct when I called them today they explained the same thing as mentioned above.

Wrong part delivered of Wakefit Gingham 4 Door Wardrobe with Drawer, Mirror and 1 Hanging Space (Frosty White)

I am customer of Wakefit Gingham 4 Door Wardrobe with Drawer, Mirror and 1 Hanging Space (Frosty White), order Id: ORDER202409egt1yQ.
I have multiple issues with this order but the one really has become a pain is me following up with Wakefit' s team for a wrong product delivered.
I had ordered white color wardrobe on 9th of September with promised delivery date of 17th September but it was delivered on 25th September with no explanations for late delivery. Then on 1st October the installation person came and found out that part number 3 from all the parts is wrong and does not belong to the wardrobe only. It is of bed and of brown color.
Since that day (Oct 1st) I have been following up with Wakefit' s team for return and next course of action but there has not been any solution provided to me.
I myself have worked in a product firm and know that for every customer issue containment action has to be provided within 48 hours and it's been 8 days team is still creating tickets and tickets, I almost call 2-3 times a day and still awaiting resolution.
My only request here is please take all the parts back, I am in no need of the product. There is a function at my house on 12th October that is the reason I ordered it one month before even knowing the sale would make it for me in less cost and now my parents at home are dealing with dust issues and cleaning of all the parts from the last 15 days.
I sincerely request Wakefit to take it back and help me to clear the mess at my house before the function. I cannot wait more. I am not asking why the delivery was made late, why the product is wrong, just take it back.

But it’s more than week now refund is still not processed if I reach out to customer they will just repeat only to wait for 24 to 48 hours . I had cancelled order from wakefit for order id ORDER2023116rJr7F, product name Wakefit Dreamer L Shape Sofa Set (3 Seater + Left Aligned Chaise), amounting to Rs. 32101.00 sofa and the refund was initiated from there end on 2nd December. I have still not got my amount credited in my bank account.
I have raised issue, called them, email them and only thing they are asking me to do is wait for 24 to 48 hrs.

After repeated follow up after one week when installation guy came he reported hardwares are not delivered and so nothing can be done. I placed an order on 12th Aug, 2023 for Wakefit Flexagon Trifold Pro Mattress. Paid full payment online. The original delivery date was 15th Aug, 2023. But the order newer delivered. We have been following up with wakefit for 13 days now to get the product installed but no action has been taken. They keep giving false promises that it will be installed in 24 hours.
