I ordered sofa on 12/03/2024 and the scheduled delivery date was 19/03/2024. Even by 18/03/2024 the product was under processing, I called customer care to complain, but they refused to take complain and asked me to wait till 19/03/2024. I called back on 19/03/2024, ticket was raised, I got the new delivery date of 26/03/2024. I bought a sofa from Wakefit which has a design flaw, doesn't have enough support to support he joint. And they took the product for repair but never returned. I had to first chase them for delivery after placing the order and I am now chasing them for returning my product after repair. It is way beyond the SLA committed....

I have ordered a mattress with order number ORDER2023112U7MMo. But on returning the item the company keeps on saying that they didnt recieve the item but the item has been picked up from my end and i shared the pick up receipt with the wakefit.

The issue has been going on for a month now, every time i contact the customer support they repeat the same thing that they are escalating it further please wait for 48 hours....

I had cancelled order from wakefit for order id ORDER2023116rJr7F, product name Wakefit Dreamer L Shape Sofa Set (3 Seater + Left Aligned Chaise), amounting to Rs. 32101.00 sofa and the refund was initiated from there end on 2nd December. I have still not got my amount credited in my bank account.
I have raised issue, called them, email them and only thing they are asking me to do is wait for 24 to 48 hrs.

I ordered a matress from wakefit on 7th Oct, 2023 and same was confirmed by Wakefit immediately.

I bought a four door wardrobe from wakefit website. They promised installation at time of delivery but they did not. After repeated follow up after one week when installation guy came he reported hardwares are not delivered and so nothing can be done. They refused to take return for an incomplete delivery and not refunding my money.
They are a fraud company cheating and harrassing customers...

I placed an order on 12th Aug, 2023 for Wakefit Flexagon Trifold Pro Mattress. Paid full payment online. The original delivery date was 15th Aug, 2023. But the order newer delivered. We bought a bookshelf from wakefit which was delivered on time. They incorrectly updated their system that it was installed.

We have been following up with wakefit for 13 days now to get the product installed but no action has been taken. They keep giving false promises that it will be installed in 24 hours. Be prepared to wait for 30 days minimum from the date of placing order to the installation. Very unprofessional team. The carpenters are master manipulators. They intentionally call on sundays knowing that in gated community they do not allow any interior work and inform that they like to come today. Product quality is not upto the mark as it is advertised, Moreover the 10/100 days replacement or refund is a trap. I have requested for replacement/return on 6-Dec'22 just after a day of delivery which is still not picked till today ie 20th, have called customer care several times and mailed with pic and video of sofa, the CC people simply closed the ticket with saying product quality is like that only.during this period no one have come...

I am the most avid shopper on Amazon and I must say that buying a bed from Wakefit was the most regretted purchases I have ever done on Amazon. Not only I completely lost the trust in Wakefit but also decided to take this matter to National Consumer Court. Even after 8 days of purchasing, I haven't received the bed and my payment is stuck.

I ordered this bed on 5th March and the estimated delivery date was between 9-13 March....

I had ordered Napper Sofa on 14th Feb 2021(Order ID: ORDER202102jiMIXz). One of the seat cushion is depressed since last September 2022. I had raised ticket[protected] in Wakefit website for seat cushion replacement since the product was under warranty. I even sent video and images clearly showing the part where cushion is depressed. But the customer service team always found a way to reject the sent video and kept on calling to send videos...

Bought chair and it’s broken within 5 months. Raised warranty replacement and they confirmed it will replaced and daily sending mails saying it will be done! but it didn’t happen yet as it’s been 1 month. They confirm replacement has been done without doing it, and again I need to reopen ticket! They say carpenter will visit today and no one will come.
Such a worsr support I have ever seen...

Worst costumer support I have ever seen. My product has been out for delivery since a week.
