Wakefit — Delay in Delivery of Product

I placed an order for Wakefit Gravita Ergonomic HighBack Office Chair (White and Sea Green) on 28 January 2026 (Order ID: ORDER2026019sWJMu). At the time of purchase, the assured delivery date shown was 08 February 2026. However, the delivery timeline has been repeatedly changed by the company. I was subsequently informed that the product would be delivered on 16 February, then 23 February, and now I have received communication stating delivery by 03 March 2026. It has now been more than 30 days since the order was placed, and the company has failed to honor its original delivery commitment. I contacted customer care and requested escalation, but I was informed that my only options are to either cancel the order or wait, which is not a fair resolution. I wish to clearly state that I do NOT want to cancel the order. I require the product. However, the repeated delays and shifting commitments amount to deficiency in service and have caused inconvenience and frustration. I request: A confirmed and final delivery date with no further revisions. Compensation for the delay in the form of partial refund/discount or equivalent benefit. I am attaching supporting documents including order confirmation and email communications showing revised delivery dates. Today is[protected] and I havent received my product yet
