Recently I have purchased this product and this is the worst product I have seen in my life. The support was terrible. They will provide a warranty on this product but no use. These guys simply marked the status as resolved(delivered) without solving(delivering) your problem. My bed was broken a couple of times within a few months o[censored]sage but, they did not deliver the replacement parts until now. I have raised the complaint 4 to 5 times but no use. Be careful before buying these kinds o[censored]seless products. This product and their support are not even worth for the single star.

I did a big mistake opting for the wardrobes from wakefit. I ordered 2 4 door wardrobes and a 3 door wardrobe from them. Their initial promised delivery date is 15 days later (which is late compared to other competitive sites). Though 25 days elapsed no products reached my end. After multiple follow-ups, they sent 2 4 door wardrobes after almost 25 days from the date of order. While installing them it is observed there are several scratches on the panels and wood is broken in some places. The delivery/installation guys mentioned they would get a replacement in 2 days and left all the panels in the middle of our house and left. No one turned up for a week, the local warehouse guys stopped lifting our calls, and customer service says they were not informed of any return by the local warehouse people. After multiple escalations the products the taken back for replacement after 10 more days. No products were replaced even after a week, there is no trace of the 3 door wardrobe and customer service always cuts your call if you question the deliverables. All these happened over more than 45 days and finally, I canceled my product. We have to shift to a home without wardrobes and have to survive for more than 20 days without a place for storage as they didn't mention proper time lines and keepon postponing date by a day or two.
Local furniture shops provided same wardrobes with much better quality for similar price.
I am writing this so that no one will fall a trap to this

Abusive behavior of Wakefit Delivery partner

I ordered a Latex Mattress from Wakefit Company. I was at office when the delivery person came to my house to deliver the product. He was very rude. He misbehaved with my wife and also abused with my neighbours outside my house. I have call recordings to prove. He went out without deliver the product. I was about to call Police for this but he ran away. On complaining to Wakefit, they simply say sorry sir, We have hired "Delivery Company" for delivery. We have not hired that guy. Sorry, this will not repeat again.
"That guy misbehaved with my family and also with my neighbours. Is sorry sufficient? He must be fired from his services". Wakefit is responsible for such incidence. Because, that person was Wakefit representative or he entered my house just because of Wakefit authorize him. And this may happen with any customer of Wakefit because I have checked the response of Wakefit on this complaint. They are not taking it seriously.
At last, I hope a strict action will be taken against that delivery person and also Wakefit.

As per your request, we have cancelled your recent order of Wakefit Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress & Wakefit - Andromeda Sheesham Bed with Storage under the Order No : ORDER202011s6g8Om. We have initiated the refund of 18, 700/- & 11, 326.84/- and the amount will be refunded respectively to your source account in 3-5 business days.
Though i got this mail on 10th November but till now more than 30 days passed and refund is pending. They are simply harassing us with false promises.
Calling the customer care for multiple times is not helping at all. I also wrote a mail to their compliance team, no one acknowledged.
The poor transparency of their customer service and the delay of these refunds will never attract me to Wakefit.
30 days waiting for refund is completely unfortunate. its a crime that wakefit is exhibiting.
i need help, please help me from this situation.

Product not good
I purchased a wakefit matress last month. They gave me an 100 day return policy with that. The product was very hot and not fit for use. I complained the same to wakefit. They asked me to return it and sent a packing material to do the packaging. I did the same and no correspondence after that. ITs 8 days now and they don't attend my calls and don't reply my mails. I requested to cancel the items on 10th and also from your side the acknowledgement mail came to me stating the cancellation process is initiated. This is almost 20 days now from that and now it is being told that transaction got failed due to some technical error. i dont have any word to say here. for your negligence, i have to pay interest and other charges to bank. Please rectify the problem as soon as possible. its very very unfortunate to be treated like this.

free inr 5000 wakefit rewards not accessible

With this order, i received free inr 5000 wakefit rewards coupon codes by email. However, i had deleted the email by mistake.
On contacting wakefit support, i was told that i can find the coupon codes in the "my orders" section of the website. However, no such option exists (Screenshot attached). When i conveyed the same to wakefit support, i was told that only recent customers have the option of accessing their coupon codes in the "my orders" section. As i was an older customer (Purchase in may 2020), that option is not available to me. Further, they could not re-send the original email!
I request that the coupon codes be sent to my email or be added/updated in the "my orders" section at the earliest.
I understand that every company undergoes changes are this "my orders" section is a new feature. However, please don't disown older loyal customers in the process.

Wakefit customer assistance is really pathetic. I ordered for a mattress and wanted to make modifications and they are very bad in taking care of request and keep on telling that you would be receiving a call within 24 hours.
I have not yet received my product but now i am quite unsure whether the product will be good or not.
I would not recommend to order anything from wakefit. May be they have paid customer...

Company is only aiming for sales not after sales support like flipkart and amazon, first i brought many products from them through their websites itself through prepaid transactions yet once i canceled a mattress and booked order again, but for that transaction refund was not credited for more than a month even after repeated calls and messages to them, just they will say refund will be credited but u will never know when. Good products absolutely...

Brought a mattress on 28/9/19 and cancelled it but still as of 10/10/2019 no refund is initiated, no messages regarding refund from them, only when i had a chat with their customer services they are speaking about refund and that too they are saying it will be processed soon, told refund would be initiated in couple of days on 2/10/2019 and after that told the maximum time limit is within 10/10/2019, but still no refund is credited.i have brought two mattress and various other products too, totally lost trust in them, all their intentions is money clearly, even if during your warranty period or other problem don't expect any service from them, they will just have excuses, remember that money which you have is mine not your hard earned one, so i will get it back.My order id is ORDER201909op5f7J ..

I have ordered mattress on wakefit on 27.11.2020 and I have cancelled the order on same day but the amount not credited to my account to till date(20.02.2021). the customer care not responses the same.

worst customer care as well as delivery team

I don't know about others experience, i had very painful and bitter experience with their customer care as well as delivery team (They call it as logistic team). No proper communication. Very much delay in delivery even with in bangalore. If you order set of all products like mattress, bedsheet, pillow, protector you won't get all item at a time. It will delivery one by one. And you need to follow them. I don't know they will support for till 20 years, because even they are not supporting after payment. Once your order done. They won't care about you and they will put your number hold or not responding list. Even if you reach office directly also they won't solve your problem simply will tell to wait for you.
