I have ordered a mattress with order number ORDER2023112U7MMo. But on returning the item the company keeps on saying that they didnt recieve the item but the item has been picked up from my end and i shared the pick up receipt with the wakefit.
The issue has been going on for a month now, every time i contact the customer support they repeat the same thing that they are escalating it further please wait for 48 hours. Was this information helpful? |
