Hi My name is Libby,
So it's been a more than 10 days since I ordered the mattress and the protectors. I got the mattress but I haven't gotten the protectors and I have been reaching out to them every day. It's such a hassle and so exhausting and I have been reaching out on a daily basis. All I get is a typical reply from their customer care asking me to wait for 24-48 hours. They aren't delivering my products nor refunding my money. It's adding up to 3K and change. It's been a horrible experience and I want my money back. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
