Wakefit — In Warranty Repair

I bought a sofa from Wakefit which has a design flaw, doesn't have enough support to support he joint. And they took the product for repair but never returned. I had to first chase them for delivery after placing the order and I am now chasing them for returning my product after repair. It is way beyond the SLA committed.
