Worst costumer support I have ever seen. My product has been out for delivery since a week. Neither escalation team helped to fix or call me even after calling customer support since a week twice daily at least. Even the delivery partner is not responding to call or even the office is closed when we went to pick it up. They cannot deliver the product nor cancel it. After a week of follow ups, they are raising RTS. Worst ever online shopping site. Was this information helpful? |
