Wakefit — Lot of issues with delivery services

Dear Wakefit Customer Service,

I am writing to express my frustration with the return process for my Wakefit mattress, ordered under the phone number [protected]. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, your delivery partner has consistently refused to pick up the return product from my home. Instead, they have asked me to bring the mattress to their warehouse, which is approximately 20 kilometers away. This is highly inconvenient and unacceptable, especially considering that I had to pick up the mattress myself during delivery as well.

Additionally, your delivery partner has been closing tickets without contacting me, and I have not received any response from them. I have escalated this issue to Wakefit, but no action has been taken so far. While I appreciate your willingness to refund the money, the issues caused by your delivery partner remain unresolved.

I request immediate action to arrange the pickup of the mattress from my home and ensure that such issues do not recur in the future. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated
