Wakefit — Matteress, Protectors and Queen Size Bed

I have ordered a Wakefit Matteress from wakefit site. Alongwith Matteress I have ordered a Protector as well. After use of 18-20 days, I raised a request to return the Matteress as it was not comfortable for me and my family. Return request was accepted for Matteress on 20th August. I have also asked for return of the protector which I purchased alongwith Matteress but they are denying to return it. What is the use of protector when I am returning the Matteress.

Also I have bought one Queen Size bed from their Site.

The bed was delivered on 4th Aug and got installed by 7th August. During installation their Carpenter told me that Headboard is damaged and I should raise a replacement request which I raised on 8th August.

Since 8th August, I am the only one who is constantly following up with the company no representative called back. Whenever I called or raised my concern for Bed every time I have been told that in 24-48 hours someone will connect with me and my replacement will be done in 7-10 days. It's been over 21 days, there is no replacement done. When I asked them to return it back now they are saying as per Company Policy they can not return after 10 Days.

First they asked me to wait for 7-10 days for damaged board replacement and now they are saying they can't return it.

I am really being cheated by this company Wakefit.

Kindly help. I have my mails sent to them. If required I will share it publicly.

I just want that they should take back entire products and refund my money. Also I urge others not to buy any products from them.
