I purchased a mattress from this brand and initiated a return over a month ago, but till today the return pickup has not been completed. I have followed up multiple times with customer support, but I only receive excuses, delays, or generic responses with no real action.
It is extremely frustrating to keep a bulky mattress at home for weeks with no clarity on when it will be picked up. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and poor after-sales service. A company may sell a good product, but if they cannot handle returns properly, it reflects badly on the brand.
I would not recommend this brand to anyone unless they are 100% sure they won’t need a return. Very disappointing experience.
