Wakefit — Money got deducted but order didn't confirmed

Tried to order mattress on Oct 5th so money got deducted from bank side but order didn't get confirmed raised a complaint to Wakefit but executives are communicating with us saying "Issue will resolve within 48 hrs." same everyday . There is no action from them very worst experience they don't even give proper solution and will update the comments in ticket. Today is 9th Oct when I called them today they explained the same thing as mentioned above.
Requested to refund the money.
