[Resolved]  Wakefit — My Order Refund is not being Processed for a while Now

I ordered Bed Mattress From this company.

But, The issue with the Order was: My Mattress was delivered in the Wrong Size. I raised it and was asked to wait for a week as it might take a week time to adjust to the original size and after a week it was still the same issue

I complained again and then They offered me a Replacement but I denied and asked for Refund. Which they approved and scheduled pickup. Pickup was done on Friday 6 NOV 2020

They told they will refund me after pickup to the same source(Credit Card in My case) I have still not received the refund. I keep raising concerns and tickets but there is no proper help.

I have escalated this to the escalation team and also on social media but no help yet.
