I ordered a Dual Comfort Mattress from Wakefit on 18 April and made a payment of ?11, 500. However, the order has still not been delivered. I have contacted customer support multiple times and raised complaints, but there has been no response or resolution so far. This delay and lack of communication are very disappointing. I request immediate action on this matter.
