I have order wakefit fitted bedsheets.. due to poor quality I have return.. but still they are saying product not received even I have return on July 14th.

When I am busy they will call every two days.. for ticket update.. but no one working as expected.

This not at all expected.. just single item they are not finding... in the inventory..

After 2 weeks of ordering office chair from wakefit which order was confirmed, I got a call from wakefit management team telling with threatening voice " Your selected product was out of stock you...

I have ordered a orthopedic mattress and they promised it will be delivered by August 7th and today is August 9 and still I haven't received my order...all of sudden i received a text message stating that my order is delivered but I didn't received any product i demand wakefit to deliver my product as soon as possible...

Whenever I try to contact them for the status they mention that there are operational delays and it is going to take longer and they do not know any ETA.

I always keep hearing 24-72 hours but NO ONE gets back.

We had ordered Wakefit Sheesham Storage King bed which was supposed to be delivered on 8 July but was finally delivered after several call up on 17 July.
However the delivered bed had manufacturing issue and could not be build up hence again ticket was raised for replacement.
After several follow up, sharing of pictures, video taken by their engineer, the replacement bed was delivered on 24 July.
But...

I ordered wakefit napper sofa with order I'd -ORDER2022076fFZ1K
on 1st July 2022. They promised to deliver by 28th July. Today is 28th July and the order is still under manufacturing as per customer support team.
I had raised tickets for the same, but everytime the customer service executive is saying they will respond in 24-48 hours but not providing a date when sofa will be manufactured or delivered.
Wakefit is looting...

Ordered sofa cum bed delivery of which was promised on 1st July 2022 which in itself was a long gap between order and delivery and today's 21st July 2022 and I still had not received my furniture, everytime I call customer care I got same reply sorry we will update the date and delivery will be done at earliest but no solution is provided neither a fixed date is given last given fix date was 18 July which has also passed...

A big failure. I ordered sofa cum bed on June 6th which should be delivered by 6th July. It's 13th July now and all they say is give us 7 more days. Guys we paid our hard earned money and wakefit playing with us. If they cannot deliver on committed time line then they don't have any right to stay in the market. I already paid money 40 days back and now all I am doing is just getting excuses from them saying we need 4 more days and 7 more...

I have ordered the Napper sofa set (3+2) on 3rd June'22 and today is 2nd July it’s not yet delivered.
Whenever I called them they said it’s in manufacturing process.
So from last month it’s under manufacturing process.

I had placed an order for a king sized Engineering wood bed, from Wakefit Bangalore. The order was placed on the 28th of May, 2022. The delivery of the shipment was promised by 15th of June, 2022. When I did not hear from the company by 15th, I called to ask for an update and Customer Care executive inform that they will make sure it get deliver as early as possible...after week again...

I have order wakefit study table from Amazon and it was supposed to be installed same day or within 24hrs now its been 3 days i am waiting for some carpenter to come and install the table.
Such a waste company very bad at service. One should always avoid purchasing the product which belong to company which is very bad at service. Its a new table no one is available for installation what if something goes wrong or i receive damage product...

I have been ordering stuff from WakeFit since the past 4 months and had a great experience with them. So many products and each one delivered before time and in the best condition. I have recommended the company's products to numerous people around.

I ordered a bed which was Orion Engineered Wood bed from Wakefit. It was delivered on 13 June 2022 but the installs hasn’t been done yet by Wakefit. Even after calling them multiple times and following up on the matter, all I get is false promises that it will be done today. But even till date, I have not got any calls from the bed assembler. I ordered mattress on 24 may and their expected delivery date was 7th june today 10th june still i haven't received my order i called them around 8 10 times they just said please allow us 24 hours it will be deliver to you soon but still no response from team such a disgusting behaviour by their staff... We have ordered a recliner and the delivery team took back the product stating it's defective and we have not recieved neither the money back or the product. We have raised customer support from long time but no one has even bothered to call back and update the status. Everyday the same story give us 24 hrs. They have changed the status to delivered without even getting a signature on receipt from the customer....

I ordered Pillow covers from Wakefit on 11th of May 2022, which was supposed to be delivered on 16th of May, 2022. The delivery failed because the delivery partner (XpressBee) did not even attempt to deliver the product in first place and mentioned "Delivery address incorrect".
