    Order Sofa on July 25th delivery date promised in between Aug 26 to Sep 05th...I waited for that time...without intimating me they canceled the order by saying it was an operational error...no refund is provided yet and my money is stuck with them for two months...Don't trust THIS WEBSITE..they are just stealing money by promising false delivery dates..if we ask for the order they will cancel it. if we ask refund they will show stars to us...this fake company cheated me twice...Now I thought I would fight with the cheating brand legally...

    Don't waste your money on this ### 99% they won't deliver orders.. if you have 1% luck then go for this waste company.

      I placed order on 30th Aug. it got on out of delivery status on 6th sept. on same day i waited till eod and called customercare. he said it will get deliver till 9 pm else max 24 hrs. again on next day i waited and raised complaint on customer care . he said it will definitely deliver in 1 hr or tomorrow morning. on next day again i called Customer care now she is saying that to wait for 2 more days for delivery update. there is no next steps . no place where we can raised this issue other than customer care. worst service ever. its really frustrating and ignoring customer after taking money. still my issue is not resolved

        Order not delivered even after reaching nearest facility

        I had ordered three kingsize mattress from wakefit online. I placed an order on 31st august 2022 and was expecting to receive it between 1st to 3rd September. Delhivery executive came with 2 matress and said will delivery all three as ordered and there was a mistake from their end and took back the partial order they did.         I have ordered 3 door wardrobe on August 23 for 11.5k . I. Have received the product on September.. At the time of installation carpenter is saying there is a part missing needed to attach left side of drawer.. Then he not able to complete the installation.. He said me to raise complaint and went away.. I am still keep on working on my issue to get resolve.. Every time wakefit customer support giving me false hope that the problem will be resolved in 6 working days or 8 working days.. No one is giving correct solution.. Very upset. Worst experience.. Even paid. Still waiting for the work to be done.. Online cheaters.. Wakefit.. Pls consumers wakeup! Not from this wakefit anymore..

          I had ordered two set of pillows and queen size mattress from wakefit online. I placed an order on 6th august 22 and was expecting to receive it between 14th to 17th august. I received the mattress but never got the set of pillows. All this while i have been trying to call them and get an update but was told wait for 24 to 48 hours. Everytime i had to give them a call, no initiative was made by the wakefit team. Till today 2nd of September, I haven’t received my product.

            I have ordered a Wakefit Matteress from wakefit site. Alongwith Matteress I have ordered a Protector as well. After use of 18-20 days, I raised a request to return the Matteress as it was not comfortable for me and my family. Return request was accepted for Matteress on 20th August. I have also asked for return of the protector which I purchased alongwith Matteress but they are denying to return it. What is the use of protector when I am returning the Matteress.

            Also I have bought one Queen Size bed from their Site.

            The bed was delivered on 4th Aug and got installed by 7th August. During installation their Carpenter told me that Headboard is damaged and I should raise a replacement request which I raised on 8th August.

            Since 8th August, I am the only one who is constantly following up with the company no representative called back. Whenever I called or raised my concern for Bed every time I have been told that in 24-48 hours someone will connect with me and my replacement will be done in 7-10 days. It's been over 21 days, there is no replacement done. When I asked them to return it back now they are saying as per Company Policy they can not return after 10 Days.

            First they asked me to wait for 7-10 days for damaged board replacement and now they are saying they can't return it.

            I am really being cheated by this company Wakefit.

            Kindly help. I have my mails sent to them. If required I will share it publicly.

            I just want that they should take back entire products and refund my money. Also I urge others not to buy any products from them.

              I Ordered 3Door Wardrobe with drawer, Mirror and Hangind space on 31st July 2022, There is no option to modify the order so I cancelled this order and purchased 3Door Wardrobe with Extra Drawer. 13th Aug I got message from wakefit mentioned that Refund successfully processed from their end it should reflect within 3-5 days. After that contacted customer care multiple time and shared bank statement also, Every time within 24 hours it will reflect. Almost one month from cancellation but not yet credited the refund amount.

                I didn't get the sofa which I ordered due to staircase width issue. Still, they have marked my sofa as delivered. I'm calling everyday for nearly 20 days now, no response from Wakefit, neither they initiated refund. Highly disappointed.

                  I have raised the return request for wakefit matress on Flipkart. From 24 August 2022 i called everyday to wakefit customer care, they used to told me that I will get call for return request within 24 hours, but neither I get called not i get my refund money back. They are just round things up. I am totally unsatisfied with this type of service.
                  13-Aug-2022 onwards I called for the same. Sent lot of mail including escalation team. Didn't credited money back. Keep on telling 24 hours.

                    Wake for delivery guys refusing to deliver order!

                    I ordered a wakefit sofa from Flipkart, and the delivery date was August 26th, despite the fact that the order was placed in mid-July I waited patiently for the order but I received a very very horrible experience.

                    The delivery person called me on the 26th of August, took my address, and informed me that he will not be able to deliver my order because my location is very far away and he does not have any other deliveries in...

                    I bought this office chair from Wakefit on 2021 july. the screws were lose from the beginning. we had to shift to another location in the meanwhile. I had raised a complaint on 2022 june asking for someone to address this issue but we got to know there was a crack in the backrest. I had in the very same day told about the change of address. They said they will resolve in 24-48 hours. someone called back after my humungous follow-ups on the status. They said the backrest wont be covered under warranty and that i had to pay Rs 600 and i did immediately since i dint want to risk sitting on the broken chair. I was hoping someone will be responsible enough to address this. But again after multiple follow ups, the executive had gone to my old address. i raised again to the customer care people to update their records abt my new address. I am getting a call after few days that my complaint cannot be resolved since i have "moved to another location within the same city". So according to them, once we buy the product we should not move out of the same house. What kind of rule is this.. i had tried to reason out with them. They constantly say the service is not provided in this area. There is a wakefit showroom just 5 mins drive from home. They also say they cannot do this service. There is something fundamentally wrong with this company. I have asked them to finally refund the money since i lost my argument with a bunch o[censored]seless people . I hope i get this money refunded. I dont know how many decades it might take.

I raised this request more than 3 months ago..also updated the customer care about my change of address the day I made my first call. Made payment for the spare part that broke since it was not covered under warranty, 2 months back. After 3 months I'm getting a call today that the request cannot be processed since we have "moved to a new house".. What kind of policy is this? A customer buys a product and they should stay in the same house as a rule? If we shift, we cannot get the product repaired even after making necessary payment for the spare part? I need an explanation else I'll post it on social media. The issue needs to be resolved immediately.                       Endless delays in delivery, without any intimation

                      First ordered WakeFit Napper models on 25th Jul 2022, with an estimated delivery of 15th Aug 2022 (=20 days). There was no update from them during the entire duration, I called 2 times only to find out they wouldn't be able to deliver.

                      Thereafter, a series of calls and emails have gone from my side and there is no forthright response, just empty promises. They want consumers to wait for 60 days for delivery, whereas everybody...

                      The order was out for delivery on 8th August and I got the message that it will be delivered on that day but I didn't receive the product.
                      When I called the next day, they told me that there was some issue and it will be delivered the next day and again not delivered.
                      Then on contacting again, they told that there was a logistic issue and it will be delivered within 3 days and after 3 days too, there was no response.

                      On 12th August, I got a call and mail from them that it will be delivered within 24 hours and again after 24 hours, I didn't get my product. On calling again, they told me that there was a vehicle breakdown and the product again went back to the warehouse. On 13th August, it again became out for delivery and was not delivered. On calling on 14th August, they told me that it will be delivered today but I didn't get it on 14th August too.

                      This is a prepaid order and I haven't received my product till now. Every day, they tell me that it will be delivered on that day and I do not get the product.

                      This is my worst online shopping experience and they have the worst customer support.
                      I want my product as soon as possible.
                      Please help resolve my query and deliver the mattress at the earliest.

                        I have order wakefit fitted bedsheets.. due to poor quality I have return.. but still they are saying product not received even I have return on July 14th.

                        When I am busy they will call every two days.. for ticket update.. but no one working as expected.

                        This not at all expected.. just single item they are not finding... in the inventory..

                          After 2 weeks of ordering office chair from wakefit which order was confirmed, I got a call from wakefit management team telling with threatening voice " Your selected product was out of stock you can cancel and get refund "
                          So, I begged them you can't threaten me like this please check my previous orders, I trust wakefit and my family is eagerly waiting for the chair to be delivered as I got this for the best deal by barrowing money from my dad.
                          then they offered me an exchange of product which was not looking similar to my previous ordered chair.
                          Then I told them instead of that chair I asked "Draco Medium Chair " which was looking similar.

                          Then team told we will get back to you on this soon
                          and no one had followed up.

                          My observations : my confirmed order has been hold Now the Draco chair which I selected was removed from this catalog and all the prices were increased

                          I would like to take a strict action on this complaint .

                              Whenever I try to contact them for the status they mention that there are operational delays and it is going to take longer and they do not know any ETA.

                              I always keep hearing 24-72 hours but NO ONE gets back.

                              Paid in EMI and I have started repaying the EMI but there's no sign of the product delivery.

                              After several calls, wakefit now says they need 10 BUSINESS days more to try and deliver. Even though they are not sure.
                              They removed the option for canceling the order from the website too.

                                Hi,

                                We had ordered Wakefit Sheesham Storage King bed which was supposed to be delivered on 8 July but was finally delivered after several call up on 17 July.
                                However the delivered bed had manufacturing issue and could not be build up hence again ticket was raised for replacement.
                                After several follow up, sharing of pictures, video taken by their engineer, the replacement bed was delivered on 24 July.
                                But again this bed also had same manufacturing issue and could not be build up.
                                Again the engineer took the video and photos and still till date no bed has been delivered.
                                On calling customer executive, they always say that we have escalated and will get update in 24-48 hours.
                                I DONT understand what is the purpose of escalations when no one reaches back and it has been more than a month and still we cant get appropriate furniture.
                                Such pathetic customer service and unable to understand how can someone deliver wrong product twice.
                                What is the entire company doing and how are they handling their operations if they are repeating the same mistake and on top of that such poor quality customer service.

                                Full payment is taken in advance and then customer has to run behind for getting their item and service.

                                  I ordered wakefit napper sofa with order I'd -ORDER2022076fFZ1K
                                  on 1st July 2022. They promised to deliver by 28th July. Today is 28th July and the order is still under manufacturing as per customer support team.
                                  I had raised tickets for the same, but everytime the customer service executive is saying they will respond in 24-48 hours but not providing a date when sofa will be manufactured or delivered.
                                  Wakefit is looting consumers and taking more than a month to start the manufacturing after taking the order.
                                  Please help resolve my query and deliver sofa at the earliest.

                                  It is my 2nd experience with them where they are loosing my trust and believe.. Due to some family function I ordered sofa but as per there response I am believing, I will not get in this week also my sofa.

                                  Very bad service. Hope these complaint looking by CEO of this company..

                                    Ordered sofa cum bed delivery of which was promised on 1st July 2022 which in itself was a long gap between order and delivery and today's 21st July 2022 and I still had not received my furniture, everytime I call customer care I got same reply sorry we will update the date and delivery will be done at earliest but no solution is provided neither a fixed date is given last given fix date was 18 July which has also passed

                                      A big failure. I ordered sofa cum bed on June 6th which should be delivered by 6th July. It's 13th July now and all they say is give us 7 more days. Guys we paid our hard earned money and wakefit playing with us. If they cannot deliver on committed time line then they don't have any right to stay in the market. I already paid money 40 days back and now all I am doing is just getting excuses from them saying we need 4 more days and 7 more days. If wakefit cannot do deliver on time it's better to get out of market and give chance to someone else who can do a better job

                                        Hi,

                                        My product order id is ORDER202206nwwJdu and I placed it on 20th June. since than order is in order confirmed state. I asked for status on 24th June and they said under manufacturing and it will surely be delivered to you by 5th July. I waited for 4-5 days more for order status to get updated on site again order was in order confirmed state. Again i checked 4th July and they said product is under manufacturing state. Are they makeing rocket or so?
                                        SInce 24th june to 4th July same status while i am chasing customer care?
                                        they already take 15 days just for recliner and again on 15th day they are saying please give us 8-9 buisness days (that too 15 days ) ? why?? they are updating me your order is delayed. Customer has to chase customer care to ask for their status and get to know product is not gonna deliver to you. They are not sending any single update after taking order.

                                          I have ordered the Napper sofa set (3+2) on 3rd June'22 and today is 2nd July it’s not yet delivered.
                                          Whenever I called them they said it’s in manufacturing process.
                                          So from last month it’s under manufacturing process.
                                          It’s ridiculous. They are totally lying.
                                          Please help.

                                            I had placed an order for a king sized Engineering wood bed, from Wakefit Bangalore. The order was placed on the 28th of May, 2022. The delivery of the shipment was promised by 15th of June, 2022. When I did not hear from the company by 15th, I called to ask for an update and Customer Care executive inform that they will make sure it get deliver as early as possible...after week again I didn't hear from them...I call back to customer executive..that time they told it is not yet manufactured it will be get manufacture & delivered by 27th of June...today it's 30th June...I gave back call to know the update...I get to hear same thing..it yet to get manufacture 🙆🏼‍♂️🙆🏼‍♂️

                                            They are unable to manufacture, deliver not able to set-up previous orders for months yet their website taking up orders 🤷🏻‍♂️ not sure what kind of management wakefit has🙆🏼‍♂️

                                              I ordered three orthopaedic mattresses from wakefit on 08 jun and paid the money through netbanking. I have received two out of three of these. The status of the third kept changing till 23 jun 22 after which i am not able to track my order. I have been repeatedly calling on the number provided on website [protected] but no commitments for delivery are being made. On 25 jun 22 i was promised that the delivery would mae latest in 72 hours (28 jun 22). On 28 jun i was tols that the reason foe delay would be ascertained and informed in 48 hours. When asked for method of the company to escalate the matter, no input was given. Wakefit needs to be hauled up and made to compensate for the harrassment

                                                I have ordered a dining table and sofa.
                                                It was supposed to get delivered by 10th June. They are delaying and saying just reasons . I m calling them everyday to get get the update .They are not responding for anything. Please help

                                                  I have order wakefit study table from Amazon and it was supposed to be installed same day or within 24hrs now its been 3 days i am waiting for some carpenter to come and install the table.
                                                  Such a waste company very bad at service. One should always avoid purchasing the product which belong to company which is very bad at service. Its a new table no one is available for installation what if something goes wrong or i receive damage product then obviously no one will be thr to take responsibility.
