I am writing to you directly due to the lack of response from both the customer support team and any representative from the Wakefit team regarding my recent order. The order was placed on 8th June. and was scheduled to deliver on 17th June.

On the day of the delivery, the delivery personnel called upon reaching my society. After I promptly provided the necessary approvals, he informed me that he had an urgent delivery to attend to and would not be able to complete my delivery at that time. Since then, he has not responded to any of my follow-up calls.

Today is 19th June, and despite raising a complaint with the customer care team, I have not received any update. I was informed that the item is packed and ready for delivery, yet no further action has been taken. This lack of communication, combined with the unprofessional and rude behavior of the delivery person, is extremely disappointing.

I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update on when I can expect my order to be delivered.
