I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Wakefit regarding the significant delay in the delivery of my order for a bed, with the order ID ORDER202502Czi4A8. The actual delivery date was scheduled for 24-February, but it has now been revised to 15-March. This delay has caused considerable inconvenience and loss, as I had planned and arranged my schedule around the expected delivery date. Additionally, please note that this order was pre-paid in full, which adds to my dissatisfaction with the service.
