It’s annoying and sad way Wakefit treat customer. I placed two order Coffee Table and Dreamer Sofa Set. Coffee table estimate delivery date was 14-0ct but unfortunately it got delayed and delivered on 17-Oct. I highlighted this issue in the call Centre since I was worried for my Dreamer Sofa Set. Issue was escalated to escalation manager talking to them is big challenge, Highlighted several time to deliver Dreamer Sofa Set on time (estimate date was 23-Oct), but Wakefit failed to deliver the product, escalation manager wanted two days to get it resolved but again they failed and delayed the product to 28-0ct, I received an SMS stating my Sofa set will be delivered on 28-Oct but that did not happen again, I requested to deliver the product on 04-Nov but unfortunately i see its again delayed and the delivery date is 18-Nov, past one month I’m struggling with escalation to get the Sofa set, but the escalation manger said it’s not in stock after such a long wait and they are proving other options of sofa set. No idea what is happening, Escalation managers in Wakefit give false promises and are very manipulative. Was this information helpful? |
