Wakefit — Refund delayed

Writing this email after such bad experience from
Wakefit team .
I have ordered wakefit dreamer sofa worth rupees 58825 on 1st June my orders id is ORDER202406R7rI7u and cancelled it on 2nd June. Wakefit assured the policy to refund within 5 days . But it’s more than week now refund is still not processed if I reach out to customer they will just repeat only to wait for 24 to 48 hours . From last one week they just keep on repeating only this lines . From last one week I have dropped email and reaching customer care team rapidly but there is no resolution. They told raised an issue with ticket number 1962752. Please resolve my issue .

After doing some research I have came to know this has been experienced by multiple customers. Now this making me very much worried about refund . I have trusted wakefit but after listening to customer care team response and ignorance and delayed in refund it’s worried for me. Please Help me to get the refund as soon as possible . This is huge amount and hard earned money. Please make the wakefit team to process my refund as earliest. After this experience I will definitely not do any shopping with wakefit and suggest everyone the same
