Wakefit — refund issue (poor after sales service)

Company is only aiming for sales not after sales support like flipkart and amazon, first i brought many products from them through their websites itself through prepaid transactions yet once i canceled a mattress and booked order again, but for that transaction refund was not credited for more than a month even after repeated calls and messages to them, just they will say refund will be credited but u will never know when. Good products absolutely ruined because of their pathetic after sales service, so be careful when u buy products from wakefit, u cannot avail warranty i[censored] buy wakefit products from other ecommerce site like flipkart and amazon, its their product only, but u cannot avail warranty i[censored] buy from third party sellers, i really dont know their system in one word just foolish... (Note):finally after writing a mail that i[censored] do credit my refund soon i will return all the matresses, they credited my refund same day on writing that email.
