I am writing this complaint against Wakefit India regarding my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
I ordered a mattress from Wakefit with an expected delivery window of 10–12 days.
However, it was delivered after almost 3 months, which is unacceptable for any professional company.
Due to dissatisfaction, I initiated a return request.
Since then, for over a month, Wakefit has been changing the pickup dates repeatedly, without any valid reason or proper communication.
Despite calling customer care multiple times, I received only false promises and assurances that the product would be picked up — none of which were fulfilled.
I’ve wasted a lot of time, energy, and patience dealing with this.
This is not just a delay, it’s a case of:
Irresponsible customer service
Broken promises
Lack of respect for the consumer’s time
I request:
Immediate pickup of the returned product
Full and prompt refund without further delay
An official apology or explanation from Wakefit regarding the poor handling of this case
If not resolved promptly, I will consider filing a formal consumer court complaint and also post this experience on all major consumer forums and social media platforms
