Wakefit — return and refund

I ordered and received 2 Shapesense Orthopedic classic foam mattress on Dec 17th. Return was created on the same day.

But till now items are not picked up, forget about the refund. Every time I drop email or call Customer Care, reply is to wait for 24-48 hours with no other inputs available, the worst Customer care I have come across with no escalation matrix.

Had not expected such a way to deal with customer/returns from an establishment that looks to have a Value in its name - A big disappointment and lesson learned.

It has been around 25 days since return was created and nothing is done. Hope it could be done sooner than later.
