I ordered and received 2 Shapesense Orthopedic classic foam mattress on Dec 17th. Return was created on the same day.
But till now items are not picked up, forget about the refund. Every time I drop email or call Customer Care, reply is to wait for 24-48 hours with no other inputs available, the worst Customer care I have come across with no escalation matrix.
Had not expected such a way to deal with customer/returns from an establishment that looks to have a Value in its name - A big disappointment and lesson learned.
It has been around 25 days since return was created and nothing is done. Hope it could be done sooner than later. Was this information helpful? |
